A freelance web development business I founded and built from scratch, offering business websites, admin systems, and a template marketplace for SMEs in Singapore and Malaysia.

The Problem

While job hunting, I identified an opportunity to build a sustainable freelance business targeting SMEs that need professional websites but lack access to affordable, high-quality development. The goal was to create a platform that could generate income independently while showcasing real production work.

I designed and built the full NexCraft Studio platform including the marketing site, pricing system, showcase pages, and a template marketplace with integrated checkout. The platform supports multi-currency pricing (SGD and MYR) and is built for SEO discoverability to attract organic leads from Singapore and Malaysia.
